Ways To Connect

Virtual

If you’re not in Silicon Valley or commuting is a barrier, we can meet virtually. Virtual sessions are just as practical and offer the flexibility to stay consistent in finding your path.

In-Person

We can meet face-to-face at a coffee shop, the library, or your school (for students in San Mateo County or Santa Clara County) during a free block or another convenient time. Meeting face-to-face can provide the support and connection needed to help you thrive.

On The Go

Some of the best insights and motivation come while moving. If this sounds appealing to you, let’s meet at a local park for a moderate or easy hike as we work together. Connecting through movement can unlock new perspectives and untapped energy.

ADULTS

Understand Your Brain

We’re so glad you’re here. Whether you’re a professional juggling deadlines, a senior navigating life transitions, someone eager to understand your strengths, or simply looking for better strategies—you’re not alone.

If you’ve been recently diagnosed with ADHD, spent a lifetime feeling like you’re working twice as hard as everyone else, or struggle with executive function challenges like planning, organization, time management, or problem-solving, you’ve already taken a brave step by focusing on yourself and your needs.

Living with ADHD or executive function challenges can feel overwhelming, but it doesn’t have to define your experience. These are neurological differences—not personal failures. While you don’t outgrow them, you can develop strategies to reduce frustration, build confidence, and create a more fulfilling life.

We believe in starting with possibility. Together, we’ll explore what works for you, uncover your strengths, and develop personalized strategies to help you navigate life with more ease. Think of ADHD and executive function skills as a puzzle—our goal is to gather the pieces and put them together in a way that works for you.

TEENS AND YOUNG ADULTS

Unlock Your Potential

We see you. We understand the effort you put in every day, the frustration of feeling misunderstood, and the exhaustion of constantly trying to keep up. You are not alone and don’t have to figure it out by yourself.

Deciding to work with an ADHD or Executive Function Coach might feel like a big step, but it can be a life-changing one. Our coaching isn’t about fixing anything—it’s about helping you recognize your strengths, develop strategies that work for your unique brain, and build confidence in your ability to succeed.

Together, we’ll explore what makes you unique, help you develop skills to manage challenges and guide you toward a future where you feel more in control, capable, and empowered. Coaching gives you the tools to shift from frustration to clarity, confidence, and success—on your terms.
